LLANRWST 2011
WERE YOU THERE ?
Friday, the first day of the rally was sun all day. We had
visitors from York DA, Durham, Leics, Worcs & Hereford,
Lancs & C,
L & S W L, Snow, Chase, N. Staffs, NEC, & of course NWDA.
Saturday we had some rain, but that didn't stop people going
out. The cyclists, mountain biking. Sunday we had some sunny
spells, overcast some of the time, but no rain to speak of.
Most people went out visiting Betws y Coed, Conwy,
Llandudno. Late afternoon a few of us had a game of Blocks
outside. Monday, some went to the Charity car boot just up
the road,bringing back bargains and fresh picked fruit..
Others walking for the day. One couple walked to Betws y
Coed, back along the Dolgarrog rd, over the river to
Llanwrst & back to their van. No rain today. Half ralliers
departed Monday, as they had work to go to Tuesday. The rest
leaving Tues & Wed.
A lot of the visitors said that they will definitely return
again, next year, hopefully.
