REPORT FROM ALAN
We arrived at 11-30 on a cloudy cool day, soon people started arriving to admire the wonderful views and by evening we had 12 units out then another next morning. Saturday was for everybody meeting up and keeping up to date with what has been going on. In the evening we went into the hall to enjoy an American Supper, with all the ladies being presented with a red rose for Valentines Day. Roy entertained us with a few jokes, and singing while playing Will’s guitar, also more music supplied by Phil, then we had a couple of very entertaining quizzes. It was very nice having Mel & Merle come and spend the evening with us. We also Celebrated Marisa’s 8th birthday with “Happy Birthday” and apiece of birthday cake being offered to all. On Sunday we awoke to a beautiful sunny but frosty morning, we managed to have a coffee morning which was enjoyed by all then everybody gradually going on their own sweet way.
